Are you a mom who is looking for a way to workout without sacrificing time with your baby? Stroller Strides of Castle Rock is a total body fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing, the environment, and the stroller. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides workouts are held 4 times per week at the Fairgrounds Regional Park and your first class is free!
Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings from 9:30am-10:30am.
