Come join us with Shirley White, an Estate Attorney & A FUN Mom, who will be explaining the importance of planning for you and your loved ones future.
Estate planning involves much more than merely writing your wishes in a will.
To truly fulfill its purpose, an estate plan considers tax issues, health care issues, your family dynamics, and perhaps most importantly, it considers your wishes. The most important documents that make up an estate plan are: Will, Trust, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive.Shirley White, will be speaking about these issues, including naming guardians for your minor children.
