This book is truly heaven sent to mothers in need of nursing answers! I adore the Sears' family books and this one is amazing. I've bought many copies of this and always give it as a shower gift. It has very helpful and caring answers to practically every question you can ask.

I bought this book before I delivered and wished I had packed in my my bag to the hospital. The lactation consultants were so helpful, but of course were not there in the middle of the night. This book has so much information, I had many challenges when I got started breastfeeding from clogged milk ducts to sore nipple, this book answered all my questions. My husband also read the book and it really helped him as he supported me through breastfeeding. Also, our baby was in the hospital for a week after delivery and this book helped with alternatives to feeding in the early weeks.Now that I am 3 1/2 months into breastfeeding I wish it had more information on what to expect in the upcoming months.
