Nice big playground and huge sandbox with toys. Track around the playground for the kids to bike on. Basketball hoops near playground (some very low for younger kids) and even picnic shelters. Lots of grounds to walk on nearby too (including a dog park to check out when the kids are tired of climbing). Ample parking, but no real bathroom- only port-a-potties (which are better than nothing!).

Kid's on 45th is a relatively small store, but it's well organized compared to other stores. They sell mostly clothing and smaller supplies. You can get to this store easily by bus (45 and 16) and that part of 45th is actually nice to walk around.

I love to look around this store, and do so often because it's right next to my husbands office at the California Closets showroom. It is fun to look at. Two things that bother me, are the bathroom is small dingy and doesn't have a changing table, which I find very odd for a high end baby shop. And it's true you will usually find the workers clustered together chatting, so you practically have to beg them to let you spend your money there ;)
