I took a semi-formal dress in a few mos ago and had a brand new zipper put in before I took it. I went in today (11/15) to check the status and was told they donated it because the zipper broke. When I first signed up with them, I told them NOT to donate, that I will pick up my returns. Sales person said there are 8,000 consignees, yet they put tags on their clothes to track them. I don't care how many consignees they have- they had no right donating my dress that was expensive and I could have taken the dress back to whomever fixed it and had them replace the zipper again. So I lost out on my dress and the brand new zipper cost because of this irresponsibility and complete carelessness. WHERE HAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE??? IN TO THE TOILET !!! NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN, AND I ALREADY WASTED TOO MUCH.

The sales people were very helpful. Good sale prices for winter items.

Store is crowded, sales people are less than friendly and don't tend to acknowledge shoppers unless you're buying. Good place to buy play clothes- not really nicer clothes for kids.
