I had an initial rough start breastfeeding, and turned here for some help. The lactation consultant I worked with was so helpful and really supportive. It is also conveniently located on the first floor of the Pediatrics building.

I visited a lactation consultant here two days after delivering my baby. She was very helpful and encouraging, assisting me in getting breastfeeding off to a good start as my milk was coming in.

You can get ok advice here. The thing is that you can go to LLL website and call a LL in your hood. Prices on equipment are average.

Kaiser sells two different breast pumps for 10% above cost. I got a same day appointment to meet with a lactation consultant who was extremely knowlegeable and helpful.

The knowlegeable, understanding, kind, and accomodating staff here make up for the slightly higher prices on breast pumps and supplies. They will bend over backwards to help with all your breast feeding needs and concerns.
