The pictures came out very nice...a bit expensive but I didn't have to go anywhere...they came to my home to take the pictures when my baby was just 14 days old and then came back about 10 days later to show our family the pictures - which were beautiful, we had to buy all the pictures ...good thing they let us post date a couple of checks. ...I couldn't find them this year, but I wish I could have taken my 2nd baby's pictures w/ them.

Customer service and salesperson were great. Photographer was great and took some adorable photos of my son. The photos came to my house about 3 days after the photo shoot. The saleman came in the evening with mocked up with 2 "grandparent" montage frames, and a bunch of photo sets. Everything is designed so that you have to buy the whole package. If you try to buy a la carte it ends up being about the same amount. We ended up buying everything and it took about a month for final prints. A bit cheesy and very expensive, about $700.00. The final photos looked a bit soft, like they digital quality to them.
