This small business is the absolute best. The diaper service was fantastic, and the employees were so helpful. I had a problem with my breast pump (NOT purchased there) and one of the women spent almost an hour with me (past closing time) helping me diagnose and fix it. Always willing to go completely above and beyond. My daughter was in cloth diapers exclusively until she potty-trained in part because Tiny Tots made it so easy.

Every time I had a question, they were more than willing to help. Even when there was a discrepancy with the bill, they worked with me in a friendly, professional manner. They are extremely customer oriented!

Tiny Tots is just awesome. They are SO helpful whenever I call (and I've called a lot). They're dependable and their service is great. I didn't think I would like cloth diapering and now I wouldn't have it any other way.

Good experience so far. Their customer service reps are friendly and helpful and it makes me feel good to not send so many disposables to the landfills.
