QuoteOnto my third pediatrician after I felt like the first two were not sufficient enough (Dr. Langston's office and SF Bay Pediatrics- Dr. Pepitone). So far I've been very happy with the overall care (Dr. Emily Roth) and how UCSF runs the office. There are two waiting rooms, one for sick kids and one for routine check-ups. Lots of toys and a big room to play, and we haven't had to wait long for an appt., knock on wood!!! I've never been rushed, unlike SF Bay Pediatrics, where I clearly was a number and felt an attitude with 3 different doctors. Also, Dr. Emily Roth takes her time and seems to be open minded.

QuoteThe drs and the nurses are excellent! My two kids have always enjoyed visiting and I have always felt listened to and supported. I won't give the name of my dr because I think they are all great. The office staff is horrible and surly but high quality medical care for your babies is hard to beat.

QuoteWe have been going to this clinic for 3 years with my son and LOVE Dr. Kara Wright. She takes time to make sure all your questions are answered and is personable with our son. The staff are very friendly and the wait time is minimal. If you have a question you can call anytime, which is great when you are a first time mom. They also have a great drop in service when you need to take you child in during the week day.

QuoteIn the two years that we have been bringing our daughter to see Dr. Marta Kosinski we have been happy with the care she has received. Dr. Marta has lots of advice, but she is never dogmatic about it. We happen to have some different ideas about certain things, like sleep training, or weaning, but she is open to our family's choices, and never makes us feel that we are kooky or weird or misguided for those choices. She also listens to our concerns and acts accordingly, rather than just telling us what will be done to our daughter. All in all, a great place. Yes, they are always running late, but it's understandable considering that children aren't always as cooperative as adults when it's time for their appointment. The other pediatricians we've met are also helpful and kind.
